NDA exam eligibility criteria & educational qualification
The educational qualifications and eligibility criteria for the National Defence Academy (NDA) recruitment exam are as given below:
- The candidate must have passed the XII class or any equivalent examination from any recognized Indian institution.
- Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for the NDA written test. The age of the candidate must be between 16.5 to 19.5 years on the date of NDA examination.
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen, or a subject of Bhutan, or Nepal, or a Tibetan refugee.

National Defence Academy NDA exam structure and question pattern
The National Defence Academy recruitment written examination will consist of two subjects, Mathematics and General ability test. The exam of both the subjects will be held on the same day. There will be 300 marks questions from mathematics and the full marks of NDA exam general ability test will be 600 marks, while the time limit for both the subjects will be 150 minutes.
